On 23 October 2024, Latvia published a notice in the Official Gazette on an updated list of low-tax and tax-free jurisdictions (tax havens). The list is based on the latest EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions and includes the removal of Antigua and Barbuda with effect from 1 November 2024.
