Legislation Introduced to Cease U.S.-China Tax Treaty if China Launches Armed Attack on Taiwan

U.S. Representative Tony Gonzales (R-TX) has announced the introduction of legislation that would require the Department of the Treasury to cease the U.S.-China Tax Treaty within 30 days of a Presidential determination that China has launched an armed attack on Taiwan.
