On 22 December 2017, Liechtenstein published Regulation No. 353.1 of 12 December 2017 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the spontaneous exchange of information on tax rulings with the tax authorities of relevant jurisdictions of a particular ruling. The regulation entered into force on 1 January 2018.
