On 21 December 2018, the Lithuanian State Tax Inspectorate published an overview of amendments to the Personal Income Tax Law for 2019. This includes confirmation of the main change from 2019 that was approved earlier in the year, which is the introduction of a two-bracket tax system for employment-related income that replaces that prior 15% flat personal tax rate.
