Lithuania Publishes Order Amending Transfer Pricing Rules Including Master and Local File Requirements

Lithuania has published Order No. IK-470 of 31 December 2018 in the Official Gazette. The Order updates and replaces the prior transfer pricing regulations (Order No. 1K-123 of 9 April 2004) to bring them in line with OECD guidelines.
