The Lithuanian parliament (Seimas) is considering a draft bill that would increase the VAT registration (exemption) threshold from EUR 45,000 to EUR 60,000. With the change, taxable persons supplying goods and services in Lithuania would be required to register if the EUR 60,000 threshold is exceeded during the year (last 12 months).
