The Luxembourg Government has issued a release announcing the presentation of the 2023 Budget, which was tabled in the Chamber of Deputies on 12 October 2022. One of the main measures is the extension of annual tax return deadlines to 31 December each year from 2023, which will apply for individual income tax, corporate income tax, and municipal business tax returns for the 2022 tax year, and for wealth tax returns for the 2023 tax year.
