Luxembourg Approves New Tax Treaty with the UK

On 19 July 2023, Luxembourg's Chamber of Deputies approved the law for the ratification of the new income and capital tax treaty with the United Kingdom. The treaty, signed 7 June 2022, will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1967 tax treaty between the two countries.
