Luxembourg Approves Protocol to Tax Treaty with Romania

On 31 March 2023, Luxembourg's Government Council approved the ratification of the amending protocol to the 1993 income and capital tax treaty with Romania. The protocol, signed 6 December 2022, is the second to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
