Luxembourg Budget for 2019 Tabled in Parliament Including Corporate Rate Cut

On 5 March 2019, Luxembourg Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna tabled in the Chamber of Deputies the Budget for 2019. The main tax measures of the budget include:

  • A reduction in the corporate income tax rate from 18% to 17%;
  • An increase in the threshold for the reduced corporate rate of 15% for smaller businesses from EUR 25,000 to EUR 175,000;
