Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies Approves Pending Tax Treaties with France and Kosovo and Pending Protocols to Tax Treaties with Belgium and Uzbekistan

On 2 July 2019, the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies approved:

• The pending income and capital tax treaty with France, which was signed on 20 March 2018 and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1958 tax treaty between the two countries ({News-2018-04-11/T/6-previous coverage});
• The pending income and capital tax treaty with Kosovo, which was signed on 8 December 2017 and is the first of its kind between the two countries ({News-2018-01-24/T/5-previous coverage});
