Luxembourg Government Approves Pending Tax Treaties with France and Kosovo and Pending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Uzbekistan

On 16 November 2018, the Luxembourg Government Council approved for ratification:

• The new income and capital tax treaty with France, which was signed on 20 March 2018 and will replace the 1958 tax treaty between the two countries ({News-2018-04-11/T/6-previous coverage});
