Luxembourg published the Law of 18 September 2023 in the Official Gazette on 4 October 2023, providing for the ratification of the new income and capital tax treaty with the United Kingdom. The treaty, signed 7 June 2022, will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1967 tax treaty between the two countries.
