Luxembourg Ratifies Pending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Russia

On 26 February 2021, Luxembourg ratified the pending protocol to the 1993 income and capital tax treaty with Russia. The protocol, signed 6 November 2020, is the second to amend the treaty and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
