Luxembourg has published the Law of 18 December 2024 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the pending income and capital tax treaty with Albania signed on 14 January 2009 and the amending protocol signed on 21 October 2020. Both the protocol and the treaty will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following their entry into force.
