Luxembourg's Joint Center for Social Security has published the updated social security contribution rates for 2021. Changes as compared to 2020 include:
- A change in the rate range for mutual health care insurance from 0.46% - 2.70% to 0.53% - 2.88% (the applicable rate depends on the absentee rate of the employees); and
- An increase in the health at work contribution from 0.11% to 0.14%
The updated contribution rates are effective 1 January 2021.
