Luxembourg's Parliament Approves Law Ratifying Mutual Assistance Convention

On May 13 2014, Luxembourg's Parliament approved the law ratifying the Council of Europe-OECD Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. The convention and amending protocol was signed by Luxembourg on 29 May 2013, and will enter into force and apply on the first day after a three month period following the deposit of the ratification instrument.
