On 22 June 2020, Macau published Executive Order No. 19/2020 in the Official Gazette, which authorizes the signing of the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA). Macau has not yet implemented CbC reporting requirements but is committed to doing so as a member of the BEPS Inclusive Framework.
