Madagascar's tax authority has published the Amending Finance Bill 2019, which was approved by the Cabinet in May 2019. The main change made is in respect of advance tax installments, which includes that for registered taxpayers carrying out import transactions, an installment equal to 2% is levied on the customs value of the imported goods.
