Madagascar's Ministry of Finance reportedly issued a notice on 1 June 2021 regarding new transfer pricing documentation requirements that include Master file and Local file requirements that are in line with OECD guidelines, as well as the requirement to maintain documentation for at least 10 years. The requirements generally apply from the year ending 31 December 2020 for all taxpayers engaged in cross-border transactions with related parties, regardless of the transaction amount.
