According to an update from the OECD, Madagascar signed on 7 July 2022 the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. The Convention must now be ratified by Madagascar and the ratification instrument deposited before entering into force for the country.
