The Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) has published a public notice on New Measures for Domestic Taxes for the Fiscal Year 2023/24, which became effective on 5 April 2023 following the publication of the Taxation (Amendment) Act and the Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act in the Official Gazette. The MRA has also published a copy of the Amendment Acts and further details on the new income tax rates.
