The OECD has published an updated (consolidated) MLI position deposited by Malaysia on 10 November 2022. The update includes the addition of the 2016 tax treaty with Ukraine as a covered agreement, as well as related adjustments for the inclusion of the Ukraine treaty in the various notifications included in the MLI position.
