The Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) recently announced the introduction of the Malaysia Digital (MD) Tax Incentive, which is a new outcome-based tax incentive scheme offered to eligible MD companies that undertake activity utilizing any of the MD promoted tech enablers and is designed to align with international standards set by the OECD.
