According to recent reports, the Malta Gaming Authority is providing a 3-month deferral for the payment of compliance contributions and gaming taxes due to COVID-19. This applies for contributions and taxes due in respect of Type 2 activities for the months of March, April, and May 2020, and for annual license fees due in these months.
