Mauritania Signs Multilateral Agreement on Exchange of CbC Reports

According to an update from the OECD, Mauritania signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 12 February 2024. Mauritania's CbC reporting requirements apply for MNE groups meeting a consolidated group revenue threshold of MRU 25 billion (increased from MRU 22 billion from 2024).
