The Mauritius Revenue Authority has issued a communique providing guidance on the Tax Arrears Settlement Scheme that was renewed as part of the Finance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023. Among other things, the guidance includes adjusted deadlines that account for weekends/holidays, as well as the taxpayers that do and do not qualify for the scheme.
