The Mauritius Revenue Authority has published an update on the status of its tax treaties, including the status of pending treaties and negotiations. This includes the following:
- 7 treaties await ratification: Estonia, Gabon, Comoros Islands, Kenya (awaiting the required notification from Kenya regarding the entering into force of the Agreement as set out in Article 28 (Entry into Force) of the DTAA), Morocco, Nigeria, and Russia
