McDonald's Settling Tax Dispute with French Tax Authority

McDonald’s has agreed to pay EUR 1.245 billion to settle a tax dispute with the French tax authority, including EUR 737 million in back taxes and EUR 508 million in fines. The agreement was confirmed by a Paris court on 16 June 2022.
