Mexico has published the Decree promoting investment in industrial welfare zones in the state of Yucatán, which entered into force on 29 June 2024. The Decree introduces new tax incentives for qualifying taxpayers carrying out productive economic activities in the Progreso I and Mérida I industrial welfare zones (industrial parks).
