Minister of Taxation's policy statement for 2006/07

On 3 October 2006, the Danish Minister of Taxation published the policy statement for 2006/07. The policy statement states, among other things, that the Danish government will follow up on the ECJ judgment in the Cadburry Schweppes Case (C-196/04). As a consequence of this decision, proposals for amendments to the Danish CFC rules are expected to be presented early in December 2006.
