On 30 September 2021, the Cabinet of Moldova approved the ratification of the pending protocol to the 2011 social security agreement with Estonia. The protocol, signed 2 December 2020, is the first to amend the agreement and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
