On 3 September 2020, Moldova's government authorized the negotiation of an administrative agreement for the implementation of the social security agreement with Russia, which is currently pending signature. The government also authorized the negotiation of an amending protocol to the administrative arrangement for the implementation of the 2011 social security agreement with Estonia, which entered into force on 1 August 2012.
