Moldova Authorizes Negotiation of Amending Protocols to Tax Treaties with Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Slovak Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan

On 3 November 2021, Moldova's government authorized the negotiation of amending protocols to the 1994 tax treaty with Belarus, the 2004 tax treaty with Kyrgyzstan, the 2003 tax treaty with the Slovak Republic, the 2002 tax treaty with Tajikistan, the 2013 tax treaty with Turkmenistan, and the 1995 tax treaty with Uzbekistan. Any resulting protocols will be the first to amend the respective treaties and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
