Moldova has published Decree No. 1394 of 3 April 2024 in the Official Gazette, which authorizes the negotiation of a social security agreement with the Slovak Republic. Any resulting agreement would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
