Moldova has published Decree No. 1389 of 1 April 2024 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Latvia. The agreement, signed 11 December 2023, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
