Moldova has published Decree No. 183 of 7 May 2025 in the Official Gazette, which promulgates the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with France. The agreement, signed 10 March 2025, is the first of its kind between the two countries. It will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged and will generally apply from that date.
