Moldova has published Decree No. 294 of 10 July 2025 in the Official Gazette, which promulgates the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Switzerland. The agreement, signed 2 June 2025, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
