Moldova Ratifies SSA With Spain

Moldova has published Decree No. 647 of 30 September 2022 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Spain. The agreement, signed 21 July 2022, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the second month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
