According to a release from Moldova's Ministry of Health, Labour, and Social Protection, officials from Moldova and Russia met on 25 February 2020 for continued negotiations on a new social security agreement. The agreement must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1995 agreement between the two countries.
