Monaco has published Sovereign Ordinance no. 9.160 of 18 March 2022. Among other things, the ordinance extends the reduced VAT rate of 5.5% on masks and products intended for personal hygiene and combating the spread of COVID-19. The reduced VAT rate was first introduced in March 2020 and is now extended until 31 December 2022 (repealed 1 January 2023).
