According to a recent release from the Government of Montenegro, the Cabinet has approved the draft law for the ratification of the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol, which was signed by Montenegro on 3 October 2019. After the internal ratification procedure is complete, Montenegro must deposit its ratification instrument to bring the Convention into force for the country.
