On 25 April 2024, the Montenegro Cabinet approved the draft law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with the Czech Republic. The treaty, signed 20 February 2024, will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
