According to an update from the OECD, Montserrat signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 31 March 2023. Montserrat has not yet introduced CbC reporting requirements, although it is committed to introducing the requirements as a BEPS Inclusive Framework member.
