Morocco Ratifies Pending Tax Treaties with Benin and Liberia

On 2 April 2019, Morocco published in the Official Gazette the decrees for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Benin and Liberia, which were both signed on 25 March 2019. The treaties are the first of their kind between Morocco and the respective jurisdictions and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
