Morocco Ratifies Pending Tax Treaty with Comoros

According to recent reports, Morocco published in the Official Gazette on 2 February 2023 the royal decree promulgating the law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Comoros. The treaty, signed 31 March 2022, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
