Mozambique Provides Advance Payment Waiver and Other Relief Measures in Response to COVID-19

Mozambique's Council of Ministry has reportedly approved a package of tax relief measures in response to COVID-19. This includes the waiver of advance income tax payments during the state of emergency and the deferral of special advance payments (minimum tax). Further, taxpayers may offset VAT input credits against any other tax debts.
