The 2019 agreement extending the scope of the 2006 Moldova-Netherland agreement on mutual administrative assistance in customs matters entered into force on 1 September 2021. The agreement extending the scope was concluded through an exchange of notes on 29 August 2019 and provides that the scope of the 2006 mutual assistance agreement also includes Aruba, Curacao, and Sint Maarten.
