According to an update from the OECD, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cape (Cabo) Verde, Mongolia, and Oman signed on 26 November 2019 the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. The Convention must now be ratified by the respective countries and the ratification instruments deposited before entering into force for each country.
