The OECD has announced that on 29 September 2020, Botswana, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), Jordan, and Namibia signed the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. Each country must now complete its internal ratification procedures and deposit the ratification instrument to bring the Convention into force.
